Not Financial Advice

SPXSlayers LLC (operating Chippie AI) is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or financial planner. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.

Every scanner result, signal, alert, AI-generated summary, chart, or other piece of content on Chippie AI is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

01Options Trading Involves Substantial Risk

Trading listed options is speculative and carries a high level of risk. You can lose all of your invested capital, and in some strategies (such as writing naked options), you can lose substantially more than your initial deposit.

Before trading options you should:

02No Personalized Recommendations

Chippie AI does not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, tax situation, or time horizon. The Service surfaces patterns and data points algorithmically across the broad market; it does not consider whether any of those signals is appropriate for you personally.

A scanner hit, repeating contract, whale print, or Strat pattern is not a recommendation that you take a position in that contract, ticker, or direction. It is an observation about the market.

03Past Performance Does Not Guarantee Future Results

Any historical performance data, backtest, or example trade shown on the Service is illustrative only and is not indicative of future results. Backtested or hypothetical results have inherent limitations — they are calculated with the benefit of hindsight, do not account for execution slippage or margin constraints, and may not reflect actual trading conditions.

04AI-Generated Content

The Service uses large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate summaries of public 13F filings and other analytical commentary. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, omissions, or misinterpretations and should be independently verified before being relied upon for any decision. AI summaries are not investment advice.

05Data Sources & Accuracy

Market data on the Service is sourced from third parties, primarily Polygon.io / Massive. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to surface accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee that any price, premium, volume, open interest, gamma exposure, or other data point is complete, accurate, or current. Data may be delayed, missing, corrected after the fact, or affected by exchange-side issues, feed outages, or our own processing.

Do not rely solely on the Service for any trading decision. Always confirm with your broker’s order entry screen before submitting an order.

06Brokerage Integration

If you connect a brokerage account via SnapTrade, you remain solely responsible for any order you submit. We do not execute trades. Order execution, fills, fees, margin, settlement, and account custody are governed exclusively by your agreement with your broker. We are not liable for any execution loss, missed fill, rejected order, latency, partial fill, or other consequence of brokerage operations.

You should always double-check every field (symbol, side, strike, expiration, quantity, order type, limit price) on your broker’s confirmation screen before submitting.

07Forward-Looking Statements

Any forward-looking statement on the Service — including projections, expectations about market direction, or hypothetical scenarios — is based on assumptions that may turn out to be incorrect. Actual results will differ, sometimes materially.

08Tax Treatment

Options trading has complex U.S. and state tax consequences, including wash-sale rules, Section 1256 contracts, qualified covered calls, constructive sales, and short-term vs long-term capital gains treatment. We do not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional.

09Regulatory Status

SPXSlayers LLC is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), or any state securities regulator as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading advisor.

The Service is offered as a software tool. We do not exercise discretionary authority over any account, manage assets, or accept customer funds.

10Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you affirm that:
